Vegan Marble Bundt Cake

Vegan Marble Bundt Cake
  • 2 cup of flower
  • 4 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 2/3 cup of (coconut) sugar or 2 tbsp liquid sweetener
  • 1 cup of water or soy or other plant milk
  • 4 tbsp of oil
  • 2 tbsp raw cocoa powder

Time: 15min making + 45min baking

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F

Mix all ingredients except for  the cocoa powder. Put half of the mass in the Bundt pan. Add cocoa powder  to the other  half by pressing it through a sieve and mix well. Add mass on top of the other mass in the Bundt pan and very roughly mix once (to create marble effect.)

Step 2

Bake at 350°F for 30-45 Minuten (or until ready -> check if fork comes out clean)
