- 2 cup of flower
- 4 teaspoons Baking powder
- 2/3 cup of (coconut) sugar or 2 tbsp liquid sweetener
- 1 cup of water or soy or other plant milk
- 4 tbsp of oil
- 2 tbsp raw cocoa powder
Time: 15min making + 45min baking
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F
Mix all ingredients except for the cocoa powder. Put half of the mass in the Bundt pan. Add cocoa powder to the other half by pressing it through a sieve and mix well. Add mass on top of the other mass in the Bundt pan and very roughly mix once (to create marble effect.)
Step 2
Bake at 350°F for 30-45 Minuten (or until ready -> check if fork comes out clean)
