Biko’s Manna is a gifted sibling trio from Johannesburg, South Africa, captivating global audiences with their musical talent and vibrant stage presence. The group is made up of three siblings: Biko, the eldest sister and soulful lead vocalist; Manna, the older brother whose guitar skills and instrumental arrangements anchor their sound; and Mfundo, the youngest, known for his infectious energy and crowd-pleasing dance moves.
Their journey began with street performances in Johannesburg’s lively Maboneng precinct, where their covers quickly drew local attention. They skyrocketed to fame after going viral on TikTok and YouTube, with a standout rendition of “I Want You Back” by The Jackson 5. Since then, they’ve taken their talents abroad, performing at international events like the Festival of Nations in St. Louis and the National Museum of African American Music in Nashville.
Their growing online popularity led to appearances on The Jennifer Hudson Show and America’s Got Talent, where their joyful performance of “Don’t Worry Be Happy” earned a standing ovation and unanimous “yes” votes from the judges.
In 2024, Biko’s Manna was nominated for Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards in the Favourite African Kidfluencer category.
