This smoothie can be adjusted for daily use or for treatment of illnesses
1 cup chopped cilantro (double for sickness)
1 cup chopped parsley
2 cups chopped dark green (chard, kale, spinach)
1/2 cup lemon juice (double or more for sickness)
2 TS shredded ginger (double for sickness)
2 cups chopped pear 1 cup chopped apple
4-5 pitted soft/soaked dates (or other sweetener)
1 cup banana or other preferred fruits (optional)
1/2 cup cucumber (optional)
1 ts shredded tumeric root optional (double for sickness)
2 TS garlic optional for severe sickness
4 cups of your preferred juice/coconut water or water
add water as needed to dilute

Adjust the recipe to the size of your blender or divide the ingredients for multiple blending and mix in big pitcher. Chop greens, fruits and blend until smooth and easy to drink. Add water or juices to get the consistency you like. If refrigerated this smoothie will stay potent and fresh for up to 3 days.
