Happy Mother’s Day to all the wonderful mothers. What a gift we have in our mother’s and all the mother figures we have around us. May we all open our hearts to receive that divine love! Here is a poem I wrote for my mother that I would like to share with all the mother’s out there.

A Mother is warm, a Mother is kind,
A Mother always listens to what’s on your mind.
A Mother loves you all day,
And loves you at night,
Protecting you from harm with all of her might.
A Mother’s big heart she sure likes to share,
And give you big hugs like you were a bear.
Whatever you feel… a Mother usually knows,
Even if you’re scared from your head to your toes.
She is there to encourage with a pat on the back,
And helps you to change when you are off track.
A Mother cares about you all through your life,
In good times and bad, through happiness or strife.
A Mother’s divine love is all the heart may need,
Even in a world so caught up in greed.
Nothing on Earth compares to a Mother’s love,
And this for all his children feels the Lord above.
So when you are lost, or caught in the fight,
Think of your Mother and you’ll soon feel all right.
