1/2 cup cucumber optional
1 ts shredded tumeric root optional
2 TS shredded ginger
2 cups chopped pear
1 cup chopped cilantro
1 cup chopped parcely
2 cups chopped dark green (chard, kale, spinach)
4 cups water
4-5 pitted dates
1 cup chopped apple
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 cups of your preferred juice or water
Dilute as you like
If you don’t have a big enough blender you can adjust the recipe.
chop greens and fruites slightly and mix all ingredients with 3 cups of water, blend for 3-5 minutes on high speed.
Pour half of the mixture in a container, to the rest add juice and half a cup of water and blend to a smoother drink 2-3 minutes.
Now do the same with the other half.
Store in fridge or enjoy.
