A recipe for the most delicious oatmeal under the sun 🙂
Ingredients:
2 cups of steel-cut oats
1/4 cup of shredded coconut
1/4 cup of raisins
3 tbsp crushed flax seeds/ flax seed powder
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cinnamon
3tbsp sweetener (brown rice syrup or maple syrup)
1tbsp butter
directions:
Cook oats for 40 min on medium heat
Add shredded coconut, raisins, flax seed, olive oil, turmeric, cinnamon, and sweetener.
Cook for another 20 min on low heat
Add the butter and more sweetener to serve.
