This amazing soup is perfect for the cold season. It provides you with all the nutrients your body needs and is super tasty!
Fry onion and chopped garlic in olive oil with turmeric, cinnamon, cumin some salt
Cook quinoa and lentils of your choice in regular tap water
Rinse when cooked
Peel (if necessary), wash and cut “hard” (long cooking) vegetables such as yam, potato, carrot, add to onion/spice mix and fry a tiny bit
Add cooked lentils/quinoa, add good water.
Add “soft” (fast cooking) vegetables such as kale leaves, spinach, broccoli etc.
Season with lemon juice
Serve with yogurt, cayenne pepper, and Bragg’s amino acids
