2 cups of chick peas, cooked until very soft
1/2 cup of fresh tahini seeds crushed into a powder
1/2 cup of carrots cut into chunks
1/2 cup of tomato or red bell pepper or spinach
1/3 cup olive oil
3 tbsp (or more as you like) lemon juice
2 tbsp paprika
1 tea spoon Himalayan salt
1 tbsp chopped garlic or chopped ginger
Blend the whole mixture until creamy.
Serve right away or put into fridge for a more chilling taste.
