Daily Diet for Perfect Health

Boost your health by eating these items every day:

– fruits (1 orange, 1 grapefruit, 1 lemon, 1 lime, slice of pineapple, 1 apple)

– glass of orange juice with pulp

– raw vegetables (1 carrot, 6 leaves of spinach, 1/4 head of lettuce)

– steamed or baked green or yellow vegetables

– dried fruits (6 figs, dates or prunes + handful of raisins)

– 1 glass of milk

– spoon of honey

– spoon of olive oil

– spoon of cottage cheese

– spoon of ground nuts

– 1 egg
